This is an African storytelling festival organized by Afrobloggers every year in the month of June when it is winter in the Southern Hemisphere of the continent. The aim of the festival is to celebrate African creativity, through exchanging unique experiences and conversations shared via a blog per day challenge that lasts for 22 days.

Here we have blog series and in this season, we have the CREATIVITY MEETS WELLNESS .
This is a six months wellness challenge following the book, The Artist’s Way: A Spiritual Path To Higher Creativity by Julia Cameron. This is a 1992 self-help book, written to help people with artistic creative recovery, which teaches techniques and exercises to assist people in gaining self-confidence in harnessing their creative talents and skills. I will be taking on the #GlowUp2022 Challenge where creativity will indeed meet wellness and I will share my journey with you and hopefully it will inspire you to take on your own journey.
